One of the hardest jobs in all of paintball is the head coach of a professional paintball team in the NXL. Often tasked with creating dynamic gameplans, making adjustments on the fly, scouting and even just using their gut feelings to make decisions that can win or lose an event, they have a comprehensive and challenging job.
